Solemnizing Officer Accreditation

Apply for accreditation as a Solemnizing Officer authorized to perform legal marriage ceremonies for Muslim couples

List of Requirements

Please prepare the following documents before filling out the application form:

  • 1 Barangay Certificate as Imam for a certain Mosque
  • 2 The said Mosque is duly recognized by NCMF
  • 3 Endorsement from the Administrators or Jammaah of the said Mosque
  • 4 Arabic School Credentials
  • 5 Certificate of Authorization to Solemnize Marriage, if any
  • 6 Application Form duly accomplished by the applicant

Please ensure all documents are complete and up-to-date. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
